Is it possible to wait while your vehicle is being serviced?
While we do offer the option to wait with your vehicle, some of our jobs are more complex and may take most of the day to complete. For these types of repairs, we advise against waiting on-site.
Is there a night key drop available?
Our night key drop is located on the center of the building in the man door. Please include your name, phone number, and a description of the requested work on the drop-off form.
Will my car be finished on the same day it's scheduled?
Most of our parts are readily available, and in most cases, a vehicle scheduled for a one-day appointment will be finished within the same day.
Do I have to wait 3-4 weeks to have my car serviced?
Due to our high volume of work, wait times for a one-day appointment can often be 3-4 weeks. To address this, we also offer the option to drop off your car anytime for a 3-5 day window (without an appointment). We will fit it into our schedule and and typically complete it within that timeframe.
Are my repairs covered by a warranty?
Can I keep my old converter after the replacement?
We aim to keep our pricing as budget-friendly as possible. To achieve this, we price all our converter jobs “WITH OEM EXCHANGE.” This means the estimate for your converter replacement assumes we will retain your old converter and includes a credit for it built into your invoice. If you choose to keep your old converter, you should expect a price increase. This is our standard policy unless prior arrangements have been made.
Do you offer repair services for diesel exhaust manifolds?
Because diesel exhaust manifolds are typically more labor-intensive to repair, and to ensure we serve our customers as efficiently as possible, we currently do not offer diesel exhaust manifold repair services.
Will you remove my catalytic converters?
Deleting catalytic converters is illegal, so we do not offer this service.
Can driving with a flashing Check Engine Light damage my car?
The only reason the Check Engine Light (CEL) flashes is to indicate a severe misfire that could damage the catalytic converter. If your CEL is flashing, do not drive the car. Instead, have it towed to a repair facility to avoid damaging the catalytic converter.
Are you able to install the parts I provide?
We prefer to use our own high-quality parts. While we can install parts provided by you, this service is billed at a higher rate than our standard rate.
Do you operate any additional locations?

What will be the cost to replace my catalytic converter?
A good average cost on a universal weld in converter is approximately $500 per converter, parts & labor. A good average on exhaust manifold catalytic converters is $750 per converter, parts & labor. It is best to call our office to get a price quote for your specific vehicle.
